bdjle Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdjle ("bdjle", "We", "Us", "Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the bdjle website, its sub-pages, mobile interface, gaming products, promotional offers, and any related services made available to you through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the bdjle platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdjle platform. bdjle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on bdjle, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdjle enforces a strict 21+ age requirement on all accounts and products. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not be registering on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity.
• You must be the registered owner of the Bangladeshi mobile number and payment accounts used to deposit and withdraw on your bdjle account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period on bdjle or any agreement with bdjle that prohibits you from opening or using a bdjle account.
• You must not be accessing bdjle from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bdjle is lawful in your location.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one bdjle account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are considered a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdjle login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify bdjle support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• bdjle may verify your identity at any stage through document submission (national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo identification). Accounts pending verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
• bdjle reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

bdjle accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdjle platform are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdjle supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 BDT. bdjle reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time and will communicate changes via the platform.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bdjle does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of supporting documents before processing.
• bdjle does not charge fees on standard mobile money withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees which are outside bdjle's control.
• bdjle reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases bdjle will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation.

4Bonuses and Promotions

bdjle may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific T&C published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. bdjle reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the offer's own T&C. bdjle's standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless expressly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player and per household.
• bdjle reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed by exploiting a software error, using unauthorised automation, or through any other form of abuse.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL or BPL season launches are subject to the individual terms published at the time of each promotion.

bdjle makes no guarantee that any particular promotion will be available at any given time. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of bdjle and may be suspended, modified or withdrawn at any time.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering, betting and gaming activity conducted through the bdjle platform:

• All bets placed on bdjle are final once confirmed. bdjle will not reverse or amend a confirmed wager except in cases of demonstrated system error.
• Game outcomes on bdjle's casino and slots products are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. bdjle does not manipulate game results and has no ability to influence outcomes once a game round has commenced.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports bet, bdjle will use reasonable efforts to settle the bet in accordance with the game state at the time of disconnection. Where settlement is not determinable, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Sports betting results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). bdjle's decision on settlement is final.

6Responsible Gaming

bdjle is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all players on its platform. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set personal deposit limits on their bdjle account at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to protect players from impulsive decisions.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting bdjle support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
• bdjle will use commercially reasonable means to detect and flag signs of problem gambling, including unusual patterns of deposit frequency, session duration or chase-loss behaviour. Where such patterns are detected, bdjle may contact the player directly and may restrict account activity.
• bdjle strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement on all accounts. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance held in that account will be forfeited.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjle platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tool to interact with the bdjle platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account, identity, or payment credentials to access bdjle or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over bdjle or other players.
• Using the bdjle platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Abusing bdjle's bonus system by making deposits, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing without genuine gaming intent, commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bdjle platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bdjle or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdjle platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the bdjle platform without the prior written consent of bdjle. Unauthorised use of bdjle's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjle's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdjle expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdjle platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss or damage arising from system downtime, maintenance periods, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bdjle's reasonable control including internet service disruptions.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss arising from account suspension or closure due to a breach.

10Amendments and Governing Law

bdjle reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdjle will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or via the contact details held on account. Your continued use of the bdjle platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through bdjle's internal complaints process should be submitted to bdjle's support team in the first instance via the contact details provided on this platform.
